Communique supports both the flat file and flat file V2 for certain merchant accounts and the standard file format for Pro Merchant accounts. We do not support *.xml files for any account type at this time.
We recommend you use the flat file V2 if available, and we highly recommend this file format for FBA sellers since the detail is more extensive and can be used more effectively with Communique.
