For the most part, the FBA reports are identical to the Product reports, but not entirely. Using the Product reports provides visibility for you entire operations to include FBA. The FBA reports on the other hand only account for the FBA portion of your business only. The filters are preset for FBA and the sales and stocking levels are based solely on FBA transactions.

When re-ordering items for your warehouse, it is important to know the stocking levels for those same items at FBA. As long as FBA has those items in-stock, you can always fill orders through FBA even though the item was not sold on Amazon. For example: You sold an item on eBay, but you cannot fill the order because your warehouse is out of stock. You have the same item in-stock at FBA. You can create a non-amazon fulfillment and have them fill the order for you.

Conversely, you cannot fill FBA orders from your warehouse and the reason we’ve structured these reports like this.
