The FBA Returns report is now available in Communique for Marketplaces.
The report contains customer returned items received at an Amazon fulfillment center, including Return Reason and Disposition. The content for this report is updated daily and available for FBA sellers only.
When a customer returns an item, Amazon assess the condition (disposition) of the returned item and then process the return based on the condition.
