Marketplace Reporting integrates with your BigCommerce store using their Store API to access your store data like orders, products, etc.

You can go to this link which explains how to get your Store API keys so Marketplace Reporting can integrate with your BigCommerce account.

Follow these steps:

  1. Create an API account.
  2. Set the account type and set it to V2/V3 API Token
  3. Enter “Marketplace Reporting” or any name you choose. This field is FYI so you can identify the integration but will not be used for anything else.
  4. Within the OAuth scope grant read only access to all. It can be changed later if write access is needed.
  5. When done making changes, click save. When prompted, download the text file containing the API credentials we need to access your store.

Send the file containing your API credentials and we’ll take it from there.  Once we have those credentials, we can begin integrating Marketplace Reporting with your BigCommerce store.
